As part of the hospitality at Argyle Inn, a complimentary full breakfast is served in the Main Inn’s dining room every morning. Breakfast features juices, a seasonal fruit course, hot “innkeeper’s choice” entrée, and fresh baked goods.

The hot entrée might be Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries, a baked egg dish with herbs from the inn’s garden and flaky biscuits, or fluffy buttermilk pancakes with real maple syrup. Fresh ground free trade coffee and an assortment of quality teas are available at 7 AM in the dining room.

Breakfast is served weekdays between 7:30 and 9 AM and weekends between 8:00 and 9:30 AM.

If your schedule requires special arrangements, please let us know well in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We encourage our guests to enjoy breakfast in the dining room, but you may have your breakfast served en suite, for a nominal fee, if arranged with the innkeeper the day before.

Business travelers may request a continental breakfast “to go” ahead of time if they have an early meeting or flight.

We also offer a complimentary social hour beginning around 6 PM in the evening in the Main Inn’s parlor. Guests can converse and mingle while enjoying a cool beverage and light hors d’oeuvres before heading out to dinner at one of our fine local restaurants.

Special packages with other delectable treats are available for an additional charge.

There are guest refrigerators stocked with complimentary soft drinks and bottled water, 24 hour coffee & tea are available to all guests. And, there are also snacks and some kind of homemade sweet treat waiting for you.

We are happy to adapt our complimentary “inn-credible” breakfasts to dietary restrictions or food allergies with advance notice.
