The 1860’s home next door to the Argyle Inn Bed and Breakfast was moved to its present location but had been restored previously by several other owners.

The Cottage makes a wonderful addition to the main inn with three additional large guest suites.  The cottage is updated and refurbished with guest comfort in mind.

A draped bed canopy is the focal point for the traditional décor of this guest room.  Three large windows fill the room with light.  The ambiance includes a 12 ft ceiling accented with a crystal chandelier.  This is a lovely room with a romantic gas fireplace, a perfect setting to celebrate an anniversary or honeymoon, but equally comfortable for a business traveler.

This suite is spacious and decorated with a wine country theme. Enter through an antique door with beautiful stained glass into a breakfast room with a wet bar refreshment area in a grand wooden painted cabinet. The bedroom features an impressive Queen mahogany four-poster bed, crystal chandelier, and two large, draped windows viewing the side yard and main house.

Our Executive Suite in the Cottage is almost the entire East side of the house. This 2-room Suite with kitchenette and large bathroom is a wonderful choice for a business traveler who needs to spread out or needs more space to meet up with colleagues. This room is also a comfortable option for two couples traveling together or parents visiting CSU with their student. The Executive Suite is also perfect for a longer stay with the separate living area and kitchenette.
